Full Journal pdf2017-04-17 House Journal Page 1155 HB 80 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1149) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(ENE) "An Act adopting the Municipal Property Assessed Clean Energy Act; authorizing municipalities to establish programs to impose 2017-04-17 House Journal Page 1156 assessments for energy improvements in regions designated by municipalities; imposing fees; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
